Shipping Duration
We aim to deliver orders placed before 4:00 PM on the next working day. In rare cases, a delay may occur at the sorting center or during transport by the courier.
If your order hasn't arrived after 2 days, please email or call us immediately — we're happy to help!
Please note that during peak periods, delivery times may be longer.
Shipping Destinations and Transport Partners
Netherlands (including the Wadden Islands):
We deliver with DHL from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 18:00. If you're not home, DHL will try again the next business day or deliver the package to a nearby service point.
Please note: we only deliver to your home address!
If you prefer your parcel to be left at a designated spot around your home, you can arrange this yourself via DHL’s Track & Trace service.
Please keep in mind that if you choose this option, we cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage.
To ensure your order arrives safely, we recommend having it delivered directly to your doorstep.
Belgium & Luxembourg:
We deliver with Bpost from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 18:00. If you're not home, Bpost will attempt redelivery or drop off your parcel at a service point.
Delivery Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders from €35. For orders below this amount, we charge a standard fee of €4.95.
Returns
Return Process
We're sorry to hear that your order didn't meet your expectations. We’ve carefully selected every scent, but of course, you may return your order without stating a reason — as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving it. After that, you’ll have another 14 days to send back the product(s).
If your item is broken or damaged, please do not throw it away! Send us photos of the condition it arrived in so we can improve our service and offer a proper solution together.
Note: Returns are only accepted if the item is unused and undamaged.
Refunds
We will refund the full purchase amount as soon as possible — and no later than 5 business days after cancellation. The refund will be made using the original payment method. We may wait to process your refund until we’ve received the goods or proof of return.
Transportation and Costs
You can drop off your return at a nearby DHL point free of charge — just make sure to contact us first. We’ll provide the necessary return instructions.
Prefer another shipping carrier? That’s also possible, but in that case, the shipping costs will be at your own expense.
